I started my motoring interests back in 1985 by purchasing and restoring a 1965 MGB Roadster, for the total cost of £300, I wonder where FPM599C is now? I often wonder if I should do it again, whats on offer? I wonder what it would be like to drive having got used to more modern vehicles? presently drive a CLK 320 Convertible, Renault Vel Satis and Honda Goldwing 1500. Whats yours?

hi , Derek, mine is a 75 roadster, had this one about 2 yrs had a 78 for 6 yrs prior to buying this one, I am far from mechanically minded but somehow mangae to keep her going. Would love to try and restore a car but space time money and skill are big obstacles. I only use mine in summer (!) and love driving it world seems to be a differant place in the mg ! you could buy a project car cheaply enough and all the parts and help is out there ! good luck Ray

Gentlemen, I have a MGB V8 in my garage. Not mine- yet! But the owner has left it there for 2 years, and, with all due respect, hes old and very busy with other items. Any thoughts /??
